we believe that everyone needs connection to thrive-
connection to self and others...

Gayle and Rachael met during a silent retreat in 2017- they car pooled so were able to talk then. They quickly realised that they shared a passion for learning about the deeper things of life and a desire to develop a 'slower' pace- easier said than done when raising children and working.

'Amblemore Psychology' came about from their surnames- Ambler and Moore- but also perfectly reflected their conviction that a slower walk through life allows us to notice the everyday moments and understand our emotional responses. The Ultimate Self-Care Challenge is about living a more content, joyful life without glossing over the struggles along the way.  The experience of learning how to do this in a facilitated group gives the opportunity to feel seen and accepted, and the privilege of building others up at the same time.
